Wholesome Sprouts

Sprouts are an inexpensive and convenient source of complete nourishment. They are food for long-term health and wellness. Sprouts are rich in vitamin C offering a high level of vitality.  If consumed judiciously and chosen over other foods, they can prevent diseases and lifestyle-related ailments. 

Sprouts make great replacements for lettuce on sandwiches, blended in smoothies, and great toppings for salads.  Enjoy them anyway you like, just don't heat them.


Alfalfa Sprouts
