Wheatgrass Recipes

Wheatgrass and leafy greens are best juiced in an extractor that rotates at a low revolution per minute (rpm).  Low RPM juicers preserve nutrient value as there is less heat, friction and oxidation.  These types of juicers will juice wheatgrass and leafy greens with excellent efficiency, provide high nutrient value and high yield.  Click here to view our wheatgrass juicers.

 

Carrot Apple Grass

3 carrots
1 to 2 ounces of wheatgrass juice
1 large apple, cored
Juice the carrot and apple together.  Mix in wheat grass juice and enjoy.

 

 


 
 

Carrot Ginger Grass

1 ounce of wheat grass juice
1 carrot
1 apple, cored
1/4 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
a squeeze of lime
Juice the carrot, apple and ginger root together.  Mix in wheatgrass juice from the lime.

 


Wheatgrass Smoothie

1 cup of coconut water
1 orange, peeled
1 apple, cored
4 strawberries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup of wheatgrass
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.  If too thick add more coconut water.  This recipe is best created in a high powered blender.
