Dandelion greens are in season late spring and early summer. Purchase fresh looking greens, soak them in a biodegradable produce wash and rinse well. The greens will keep a few days in the refrigerator.
1/2 bunch dandelion greens
4 cups spinach
5 stalks celery
1/2 lemon, peeled
Feed bunched-up dandelion greens and spinach into a juicer. Next, add the cucumber, celery and lemon, adding the carrots at the end to push the ingredients through the juicer.
2 cups pineapple, chunks
Handful of dandelion greens
Feed pineapple chunks, dandelion greens and radishes in juicer.
